Strathspey has a holding in the Lomond Group, one of the UK’s largest Lettings and Estate Agency businesses, which was built from more than 125 acquisitions and now manages £26.3 billion of residential assets across the UK and sells £2.6 billion of residential assets per annum.

Strathspey also built Scotland’s largest Block Management business, under two brands – Speirs Gumley and James Gibb. The business now manages approximately 87,500 units and is active in acquiring quality Block Management businesses across Scotland, England and Ireland.

Strathspey also has holdings in Insurance, Commercial and Residential property across the UK and provides M&A advice to shareholders across various sectors on buy and build strategies via Strathspey Corporate Finance.
