Stuart is a qualified Actuary with an established track record in building scale businesses in a number of sectors, including the Insurance, Estate Agency and Lettings and Block Management Sectors. He served as Chief Executive of Paymentshield from 2004 to 2009, during which time profits increased from £4million to £45million, and subsequently as Chairman until 2011.

Stuart then founded Lomond in 2011 and built one of the UK’s leading Lettings and Estate Agency businesses now with more than 3,000 staff and profits of £75m. Stuart has also built Scotland’s leading Block Management business with more than 87,500 units under management by developing and implementing a highly successful buy and build strategy in the Block Management Sector.

David is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with extensive financial management experience in a variety of service led sectors. He has held a number of senior roles, including Group Finance Director of TBR Global, Cross Healthcare and Right Medicine Pharmacy Group. Experienced in driving and managing both acquisitive and organic growth and with experience in both debt and equity fundraising. David has overseen the growth of Strathspey in the Block Management sector from 6,500 units in 2012 to more than 87,500 units in 2026.

Robert is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and worked with Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group, including as Head of Integrated and Acquisition Finance, giving him experience in UK and European M&A.

Robert was one of the Founding Partners of the Lomond Group, and as Lomond Group’s M&A Director, oversaw 125 acquisitions within the Lettings and Estate Agency sector to create one of the UK’s largest/leading Lettings and Estate Agency groups. Robert is now advising shareholders on the development and implementation of their buy and build acquisition strategy across various sectors.
